We are looking for an experienced Operations & Welfare Manager to join our growing team! About the position:
Work closely with the CEO to manage a complex calendar and scheduling requirements.
Manage the daily operations of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations, keeping the office well organized and functional.
Welcome new employees and assist with their onboarding needs.
Organize and manage supplies, equipment, and parking. Including managing contracts and price negotiations with vendors, and service providers.
Managing office budget and monitoring office supplies, including food and beverage orders.
Welfare management: organize and plan company events – welfare events, Happy-Hour, volunteer activities, birthdays, etc…
Manage customer invoicing.
Collect invoices and payments.
Travel arrangements and expense reports. Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Operation role, preferable in high-tech organizations
Excellent English – verbal and written
Excellent at juggling tasks and multi-tasking
Highly organized and details oriented
Great problem-solving skills
A true team player, people person and service-oriented
Ability to think creatively and suggest improvements
Nice to have:
Previous experience working at a startup/high tech company
Experience in managing offices moves and renovations - Advantage
