Office Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Welfare Manager to join our growing team! About the position:

  • Work closely with the CEO to manage a complex calendar and scheduling requirements.

  • Manage the daily operations of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations, keeping the office well organized and functional.

  • Welcome new employees and assist with their onboarding needs.

  • Organize and manage supplies, equipment, and parking. Including managing contracts and price negotiations with vendors, and service providers.

  • Managing office budget and monitoring office supplies, including food and beverage orders.

  • Welfare management: organize and plan company events – welfare events, Happy-Hour, volunteer activities, birthdays, etc…

  • Manage customer invoicing.

  • Collect invoices and payments.

  • Travel arrangements and expense reports. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager/Operation role, preferable in high-tech organizations

  • Excellent English – verbal and written

  • Excellent at juggling tasks and multi-tasking

  • Highly organized and details oriented

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • A true team player, people person and service-oriented

  • Ability to think creatively and suggest improvements

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working at a startup/high tech company

  • Experience in managing offices moves and renovations - Advantage

  • Bachelor's degree
